There is "ФИШЕР" ("Fisher") factory-made FSB Alpha member callsign inside instead of size stamp, this means that this vest was made at individual order.
(It is actually medium-large size, permissible to use for size 48-56/4-5, as the cover has adjustment for the shoulders and chest).

FORT Defender-2 armor vests in black color are well known regular vests of Alpha team of FSB. You can see it on documentary photos of FSB Alpha operations.
Such vests "Alpha" and "Vympel" team use in anti-terrorist operations.
