With kukla camo and elastic slimming.
4 straps with buttonholes and 4 separate buttonholes at the top for attaching to the head/hood of the sniper suit. sometimes tied with rope for a precise fit on the head.
Made from cotton/polyester in 1999-2003 years by NPO SM (Scientific and Production Association of Special Materials) company.

Was used by FSB Alpha and Vympel elite special forces under command of Special Puprose Center of FSB in anti-terrorist operations.
Also such net was used during Second Chechen Campain by army special forces.
