This caps was bought for russian FSB spetsnaz in late 1990x (when government factories closed) till times when russian commercial companies (like SSO, SRVV) began to made uniform for special forces. So, this cap is directly from CSN of FSB warehouse.

Used by FSB Alpha and Vympel elite special forces under command of Special Puprose Center of FSB in anti-terrorist operations.
You can see this caps in old school photos from Chechen wars, Beslan 2004 and other operations.

Was bought at government contract to FSB Special Service and was used in Special Puprose Center of FSB.
